I am looking for some effective website for English Language Learners to  
enhance their language learning.

What  about using Bare Books?  They are bound books with a plain white

I can  find them at our local teachers' supply store.  They cost about  
$1.50-1.75.  I'm sure you could find then somewhere on the  web.
