You need Tools for Teaching by Fred Jones. I have been teaching 33 years and
it is the most practical classroom management resource I have ever read. I
also had the privilege of taking a class which offered additional training.
You can also read more information online at http://www.fredjones.com/ I
highly recommend it to all teachers at all grade levels.

Subject: [MOSAIC] Transitions and Classroom Conduct

Hello Everyone,

I have just completed my student teaching in a 1st grade classroom.
Transitions were a nightmare and so very time consuming. I noticed that my
cooperating teacher has several classroom books that were helpful with
different classroom behaviors and conduct. I was wondering if anyone knows of
any books that would help with transitions, being safe in the hallways, and
safe in the classrooms.

Thanks,

Irvie Marshall
