I apologize for asking such a stupid question.  It's just something my school 
is doing.  I'm not saying it's right, it's just what we're doing and I don't 
make the decisions.  I remember when I scrambled to find a website for you, 
Beverlee,  that answered your question about results of Reading First on 
reading comprehension because you needed it QUICKLY.  I thought the purpose of 
this  website was to help each other.
