And I agree w/you Dee! Sorry if I sounded harsh, but I think it's partly
frustration b/c we deal w/the same things in our district. And often it is
the powers that be who simply do not understand the training (which also needs
to be differentiated) that must occur before they bounce along to the next big
thing. And i have been saying it and saying it at our district committees, but
i think it's just now starting to be understood by the powers that be. :o)
