I agree with Lori, and I am the person who first suggested to have the
students draw or paint their families celebrating Christmas, and
immediately realized I should have just said "the holidays" instead of
Christmas.....
....but....
.... I also have to say that I personally use the word Christmas as an
all-inclusive kind of word, and I don't think of the season as an
exclusively religious season. And no, I don't say "holiday tree."
Gauging your own community would be the first thing to do. :-)
