Our school isn't adding a position necessarily so hopefully literacy coaching will stick for awhile with all the budget cuts. To help narrow my initial question about coaching, "What does scheduling look like?" I have heard of 2 week cycles, 8 week cycles, and learning labs where it is all year long for more results. k-4 is spread out in 4 schools with 8-9 classes per grade level. We want to do literacy team meetings in all buildings.
