Hi Tina, I think the book list (broken out by reading strategy) in the appendix of Strategies that Work is exactly what you're looking for. It is a list of picture books that can be used for teaching visualization, predicting, etc. You mentioned the book so hopefully you have access to it. The book also has examples of think-aloud charts for introducing the strategies. I've used these exact materials in PDs with classroom teachers and found it to be a very helpful resource.
