You can follow the philosophy and precepts of the program with few to no 
worksheets.  There are a couple of great videos on the publisher's site 
explaining the difference between the Sitton philosophy and other spelling 
programs.

It was used by some in my previous district. If you buy hook, line and sinker, 
it is a lot of worksheets but I really liked the word study element. I think if 
you are discerning in terms of what you use, it is not a bad program.
