Hi all,

It's probably too late for this year, but.........looking forward - I am a
reading specialist in a Massachusetts Targeted Assistance school and it's
always a debatable process. Our goal this year has been to target
comprehension primarily. Our building (3-5) will be instituting RTI next year
and we're hoping to address phonics gaps and fluency issues in small pull-out
groups. The rest of our services are push-in. What has anyone used that they
feel is "as good as it gets"?

Thanks!

norma

PS I'd also be interested in hearing any phonics suggestions. In the past
when I've worked with 1-3 students I've done a phonics inventory for each and
targeted those gaps with self-made materials in a very quick format. I'm
hoping not to make anything.
