Hello Jill, Lerner, Pioneer, Mondo, Rigby and Benchmark all have good non-fiction resources. Reading A to Z non-fiction is excellent and extremely cost effective. I have ordered from all three companies/taught with all the resources. However, the very best non-fiction resources (in terms of CCSS lessons/rigor are authentic text. I use the Follet and Lexil search engines to find titles. You pay more for Follet books but the text quality and book binding/materials used for printing are unbeatable. The books will outlive any leveled texts written for Guided Reading lessons by 20+ years for sure. I am happy to answer any questions you may have Jill.
