Dear Huy,

I have no idea what the problem could be, it works for me. Is the script set 
executable?

Try deleting the @ on the line "@./check-dependencies.pl ..." in Makefile goal 
for release. Make will then print the actual command with all parameters it's 
trying to run. Try running the same command yourself and see if you can learn 
more about the problem.
