Dear Germán Sanchis,

I've just fixed filter-moses-given-input.pl so that the phrase table does not 
get overwritten. I have not checked the whole pipeline though.

The only place that reliably documents moses.ini syntax is probably moses 
source 
code. All scripts that handle moses.ini are just hacked approximation of this, 
sorry.
