Hi, on Europarl-sized models (1 million sentences) and tuning sets (2000 sentences), tuning takes 1-3 days on a single machine. It typically takes 7-15 iterations, but this may vary. If you have access to a cluster, it is faster, but it will take at least half a day, since only decoding is parallelized.
