hi edgars
did you manage to obtain ondrej's code ?
i have a server code which does what you want. i haven't checked it in because,
for various reasons, it's more complicated than i would want.

the way you describe this, it is not possible right now,
but you are welcome to add code to Moses to enable
a server mode.
The online demo that Ondrej built is based on a server
process that starts up Moses, and pipes incoming request
into STDIN and reads out translations from STDOUT.
In other words, it keeps the process running.
I hope this helps.
