Although this is a question about the SRILM rather than Moses, I'll answer.

KN requires various statistics to work (eg counts of suffixes, prefixes
etc).  By default the SRILM prunes (if I recall), so should some of the
required ngrams no longer exist, then you will see messages such as this.

Generally --at least for translation-- this is harmless and can be ignored.
