Dear mosers and mosettes,

When it rains, it pours, as the saying goes.

This rollout contains the stuff done at the MT Marathon in Berlin where
there was a week-long hackfest on the moses toolkit. A lot of good work was
achieved by all the participants.

The treats you'll be getting in this release includes:

1. Experimental Java-decoder for hierarchical decoding and hypergraphs
thingymabob. By Ondrej Bojar, Phil Blunsom, Chris Callison-Burch, Chris
Dyer, Adam Lopez, Josh Schroeder, Lane Schwarz

2. Rewritten MERT subproject for faster, more reliable and extensive code.
By Nicola Bertoldi, Barry Haddow, Jean-Baptiste Fouet.

3. Cube Pruning, and making search alogrithm extendible. By Eva Hasler,
Chris Federman, Chris Hardmeier, Alex Frazer, Hieu Hoang

4. Web front-end. By Herve Saint-Amand

5. Decoding constrained to know output. By Lane Schwartz

6. Decoder runs on Power PC Mac. By Chris Hardmeier.

7. And probably a few more that I've forgotten about.

Available from SVN, sourceforge download, and all good department stores.
