Dear All, I have been trying to make Mert work with binarised reordering table. I have found out that the automatic procedure generates files with the following extension: ".binlexr." while Mert, the perl script, doesn't take into account the case of lexr extension. I have corrected the perl script and now it works fine. if (! -s $fn && ! -s "$fn.gz" && ! -s "$fn.binphr.idx" && ! -s "$fn.binlexr.idx")
Could this be a possble little error in the script?
