Hi I'm not sure how to do that with Giza. But I know this is quite easy to do with the Berkeley aligner; another word alignment software (implemented in java) since it allows you to save the model you trained. http://nlp.cs.berkeley.edu/Main.html#Word_Alignment Hope that helps, Loic
