I am using Moses up to the word alignment step in training (steps 1-3), and I'm not sure why in the resulting model directory, there is only one final alignment file rather than the three detailed on your website. Using the default grow diag final algorithm, I expected the other two individual files since the algorithm should take the union of these two alignments as a starting point. Did I misunderstand, or do you know why these other files might not be created?
