I believe IRSTLM is under the LGPL (although I can't find a licence file), and RandLM is under the GPL.
The LGPL means you can link with proprietary code. The GPL does not allow this. If you use GPL software in your application it means you are obliged to share your changes with the developer community, the LGPL allows you to link with other code, but if you change the LGPL code I believe you are still obliged to share your changes. Commercial use under the GPL and LGPL is explicitly allowed.
