i ran the system with your ini file and the part of the phrase tables
you gave me. It looks ok so i can't think what's wrong with your setup.
i've attached the ini file, phrase table files, the input file and the
output.
The source code has been merged into the trunk so I used that. However,
that shouldn't be the cause of the problem.
You should check that all the paths in specified in your ini files are
correct. If you still have problem, maybe compile and use the trunk
version of the decoder.
