the syntax model has now been merged into the main trunk so just svn co.
it may be best to refresh the configure file by
./regenerate-makefiles.sh
before doing
make

it's best to download the sample model from
http://www.statmt.org/moses/download/sample-models.tgz
most of the scripts and extraction programs have been changed to allow
syntax decoding, or have syntax counterparts
