since you've gotten a phrase table, u're most of the way there anyway.
Just wanted to know if u're using the perl scripts and tuning yet. I
don't use
train-factored-phrase-model.perl
so can't tell you how it work but i know phil williamson has updated it
for this new syntax stuff 'cos he wants to use it himself.

so i guess u just have to pick through the code or ask phil or carry on
running the extraction program directly
Philipp Koehn added SAMT style extraction which seems to help when using
syntax. However, the syntax stuff is still pretty much research, in most
cases it pulls down BLEU scores relative to hiero-style decoding.
