I found out that Sun GridEngine (SGE) is actually contained in the Rocks 
cluster distribution for job-scheduling. I will try it out.
It would be nice to have an implementation of the script for glite too, 
whenever you can share it.

I'm have adapted moses-parallel.pl to be run the Seegrid platform
(running glite middleware). As soon as I clean up some garbage code,
I'll publish it online. I'm not sure how Rocks manages user jobs, but
if its similar, I can help you.
