So it appears that using the -jobs flag will cause moses-mert.pl to try to use SGE. Unfortunately, the moses jobs that get kicked off all die right away, with the following error message: ERROR:ERROR: wrong format for switch -n-best-list file size Looking at the log file where moses dies, it appears that the n-best-list parameter is being set to a filename, but there is no corresponding integer specifying the size of the n-best list. Does anyone know how to properly configure mert-moses to prevent this problem?
