Hi Cyrine

The script train-factored-phrase-model.perl (or train-model.perl) should take 
you through these steps automatically. However, running through the steps by 
hand is much more instructive, and I would suggest doing this to learn how a 
translation system works. Also see the step-by-step guide 
http://www.statmt.org/moses_steps.html, and note that there may have been some 
changes since this was written.

If you have a translation table, then you've already run Giza++, so you don't 
need to run it again.
