Hi John

Moses ems already supports the Berkeley aligner (in addition to GIZA++), so it 
should be possible (and useful) to add support for another aligner. You'll 
definitely have to modify experiment.meta to do this, and perhaps 
experiment.perl. If you look at how the Berkeley aligner is supported then it 
should help you,
