This looks like it could be the problem. I looked at my wmt10 runs with new
mert and they are all fine, but at some point in the last 6-9 months the order
of the features in the nbest list has got out of sync with the order that
mert-moses.pl is expecting. I thought the mert script was supposed to get the
order from the nbest list, but this obviously isn't working. I'll look into
it.
