Hi Wenlong

The LGPL only affects you if you distribute copies of the moses application. 
You are free to use it internally (modified or unmodified) as you wish. However 
if you distribute a modified version outside the company, then you need to 
provide source code for the modifications. You're also free to run moses as a 
server, or to give/sell translations from your version of moses.
