Hi,

without looking at the code, I'd suspect there may be a pipe character ("|") or 
two spaces in a row or a space at the beginning or the end of the line 
somewhere in your corpus. All this renders an empty token (or just an empty 
factor) in either your input text or the phrase table you're filtering.
