Thanks Barry. I located the error in TRAINING_run-giza.3.STDERR. It was

ERROR: parameter
'optmldatdbuserssriramdeenmosesexptsworkingdirtraininggiza1endecooc' does
not exist.

I am trying to see how to get past this. Any suggestions ?
