Does anyone have a good script for taking plain-text versions of source, reference, and hypothesis files and wrapping them in XML for use by metric tools like TERp and the NIST scripts that require XML?
I'm aware of the WMT wrap-xml.pl script (http://www.statmt.org/wmt11/wrap-xml.perl), but AFAIK it requires that the source file be in XML. I don't know of a good script for taking a plaintext source file and wrapping it in XML.
