Dear Jehan,

IRSTLM is able to load the ARPA-format  language model

In order to constrain Moses to use IRSTLM toolokit (instead of SRILM or 
others), 
change the first field (1 for IRSTLM or 0 for SRILM)    in the configuration 
file
