If you'd like to do a deeper analysis visually comparing the outputs to the references, I recommend Michael Denkowski's Meteor X-Ray, which will show the sentences' alignment grid in a PDF: https://github.com/mjdenkowski/meteor/tree/master/xray I believe there's also some very nice visualization tools included in Moses these days.
