Looks like some parts of the Bible are available in Klingon in electronic form: http://www.kli.org/wiki/index.php?Klingon%20Bible%20Translation%20Project That would probably be your best bet for starting. Impressively, it appears that the Book of Mark was translated into Klingon from the original Greek.
