I run Moses using cygwin for Windows 7. I write a bash script to run the training with some training parameters as the argument. Usually when I have not touched the cygwin window for a while, the process would suddenly get stuck in the middle of running. It would usually get stuck in the middle of HMM training. I need to kill all the processes and restart the script. If I use the cygwin windows a lot, usually the process won't froze. Does anyone know the cause or how to get around this?
