there currently isn't an option for that, but it should be reasonably straightforward to add.  If you know C++ then feel free to dive in and email me offline if you have any questions, otherwise I'll take a look sometime soon.  If you're in a hurry, then a wrapper script that forwards arguments to extract-rules and then filters the output might also do the job...
