You're right, there's definitely parts of the documentation that are out of 
date, and also it would be good for contributors of new features to add 
documentation.

I don't think there's a need for a separate wiki though. You can edit the 
exitsing documentation through http://www.statmt.org/mosesdev/, and I'll send 
you the login details in a separate mail.
