Hi Yared,
Your command syntax looks fine. Is this your first time using IRSTLM to
train a LM on this machine? If not, please make sure you followed the
installation guidelines listed here:

The redundant error is probably because build-lm is splitting the LM
estimation into multiple jobs and the training command is not executing.
