You might want to search the archive to find an answer to your question, e.g. http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/info.html. If you search the archives, you'll find plenty of examples for different MERT commands. Please have also a look at the manual. It might be one of the first places to look at, e.g. MERT is explained, http://www.statmt.org/moses/?n=FactoredTraining.Tuning, with all necessary information on additional parameters.
