mert and extractor may in trunk/mert, have a look at it there.
you may have to give mert-moses.pl the path to mertdir like:
${mosesScript}/training/mert-moses.pl \
--mertdir=${trunk}/mert \

I am on tuning part, but what is the difference of the tunning data
from training data?
and while I am trying to tune using command on

and when I look at the file mert.out it says

Using SCRIPTS_ROOTDIR:
/home/admin1/mose/moses-scripts/scripts-20120409-0748/
Assuming --mertdir=/home/admin1/mose/moses-scripts/scripts-20120409-0748//..
/mert
Not executable:
/home/admin1/mose/moses-scripts/scripts-20120409-0748//../mert/extractor
at mose/moses-scripts/scripts-20120409-0748/training/mert-moses.pl
line 311.
I think mert-moses.pl code need to be edited. and when I look at mert-moses.
pl
there is a part

where are these mert, extractor files?
