queryPhraseTable won't work with the tree-based on-disk rule table.
the implementations are similar, but not the same. Since its all about
bits & bytes on disk & memory it's very difficult to make them
compatible. Your best bet is to rewrite queryPhraseTable for the
tree-based model. I think it would be easy & i can help you.
i'm also curious why there is a need for it. are you trying to reverse a
binary file?
