This may be my fault as I've just committed the script
extract-parallel.perl
where this error occurs.
can you please use absolute file paths throughout, not relative paths.
So not
train/model/aligned.grow-diag-final-and train/model/extract
but
/home/motaz/..../train/model/aligned.grow-diag-final-and
train/model/extract
If you're still having problems, please email me the exact commands you
executed
