Hi Thuong,
Your "-root-dir train" option is still a relative path. Try changing it to the absolute path from root /. Strangely, I got empty phrase-table and reordering table with both GIZA++ and MGIZA(0.6.3). I just realized that the phrase-tale is empty when i was running mert. Have somebody encountered the same problem? Or I did something wrong. The command i used looks like this: _nohup nice /scratch/mbui/tools/mosesdecoder/scripts/training/train-model.perl -root-dir train -external-bin-dir /scratch/mbui/tools/giza -corpus corpus/news-commentary-v7.de-en.clean -f de -e en -alignment grow-diag-final-and -reordering msd-bidirectional-fe -lm 0:3:/scratch/mbui/pp/news-commentary/lm/news-commentary-v7.de-en.blm.en:8 >& training.out &_ The training finished normally, the moses.ini was created and the training log file look normal to what i got when running with previous version. I also attach the training log and the moses.ini in this email. Also, in the model folder, the temporary folder is always there after training has finished, in the temporary folder there are 2 files: extract.0.gz and run.0.sh [4]. This seems strange compared to what i got running the older version.
