Hello,
I'm running the standard Hiero training example with the EMS and the
latest check-out from Github, and I get this error at the tuning
phase:
Check m_dbWrapper.GetMisc("Version") == 3 failed in
moses/src/RuleTable/PhraseDictionaryOnDisk.cpp:60
It looks like this is related to this commit 5 days ago:

When I simply fixed to
m_dbWrapper.GetMisc("Version") == 4
it seems like everything is working fine. I was thinking of submitting
a pull request but wasn't sure if there are actually significant
differences between the versions, so I thought I'd just mail here to
check first.
