Hi,

        If you installed xmlrpc-c at the system level, then no --with-xmlrpc-c 
argument should be required.  Also, pay attention to this message from 
--help:

--with-xmlrpc-c=/path/to/xmlrpc-c for libxmlrpc-c (used by server)
Note that, like language models, this is the --prefix where the library 
was installed, not some executable within the library.

This differs from the previous autotools behavior.

        When you run bjam, it should print out something about xmlrpc-c near 
the top, right after the warning: lines.  For example, "Found xmlrpc-c 
but it does not have abyss-server.  Skipping mosesserver."  If you see a 
similar message, please include it in your follow-up.

        If mosesserver builds successfully, it will be in 
mosesdecoder/bin/mosesserver .
