The project file for Visual Studio is available in the git repository under
contrib/other-builds.
However, they have not been tested. If you have any problems, please
email me. I will help as much as I can.
The internal LM is not available anymore, it was rubbish. KenLM can
create and read binary files and is available for Visual Studio. Again,
email me if you find any problems.
Moses under Visual Studio & Linux should work exactly the same.
