i think you're running out of memory when it's trying to run word alignment.
You should try and verify this by running the word alignment step by
itself and see if it gives the same error.
You should run on another machine with more memory. Or follow this
instruction:

Also, if you're on a 32-bit system, or on cygwin. You will not be able
to use a binary language model bigger than about 2GB. Remember that when
you get to the tuning stage
