Hi Henry

The simplest way to get the release is to go to the following page
(linked as "latest release" on the Moses website):

https://github.com/moses-smt/mosesdecoder/tree/RELEASE-0.91

Then click on the "ZIP" button towards the top left of the page. This
should unzip to a directory called "mosesdecoder-RELEASE-0.91".

When you cloned the git repository, you would have received all
branches, so you can use

git checkout origin/RELEASE-0.91

to get the release branch. The tar you downloaded looks to be the master
branch.

cheers - Barry
