Hi, filtering the phrase translation table would make one aspect of decoding faster - the look up of translation options. If you have a small set of sentences to be translated, it may be worth filtering the phrase table offline first and then use the in-memory phrase table implementation. This filtering may also include restriction to the top 100 (with sogtest-filter) or so translations to avoid excessive processing for frequent source phrases.
